Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not happy with the game, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@xoxosets.co or visit our Contact Us page. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your game arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. You can request a replacement item at no additional cost or a full refund. Contact us at hello@xoxosets.co immediately to report the issue.
Order Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed, you’ll need to wait until it arrives to begin the refund process.
Returning Your Order

Receiving and Inspecting Returns
Once your return has been received, please allow 24-48 hours for inspection. If your item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
