Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item(s) have been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 6-12 Business Days
  • Canada: 6-12 Business Days
  • Australia: 7-15 Business Days
  • New Zealand: 7-15 Business Days
  • United Kingdom: 4-8 Business Days
  • Europe: 4-8 Business Days
  • Indonesia: 1 - 3 Business Days

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Processing Times:

Orders may take 1-3 business days to process after being placed before shipping out.

Changing Order Address:

To change your delivery address, please contact our team within 12 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly, so changes after this window may not be possible.

Order Not Received:

Once orders are handed over to our couriers, we are no longer directly responsible for the delivery. However, we’ll work with our courier partners to ensure your order is successfully delivered. If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, we recommend reaching out to them directly as they have access to detailed delivery information that we don’t, for privacy reasons.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to make corrections. If the address is not updated in time and the order has already been processed, we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement.

If you contacted us within 12 hours and the address was not updated on our end, we will take responsibility and provide a replacement.

Customs Charges:

We are not financially liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to your order. However, we will work with you and the courier to ensure your order is cleared through customs smoothly and delivered on time.
